Something about this past 3-2 week just makes me feel like I got my swagger back! I saw the path with a few bounces of the ball, a foot out on the last play of the game … where it could’ve been 5-0! I’m looking forward to keeping that momentum.

So some personal news. About the same time I started this blog in 2018, I also just started working at the Rahway Recreation Center. I’ve grown so much, personally, and professionally. This week I started a new chapter as the Assistant Supervisor at the Rahway Senior Center. I’m truly thrilled for the opportunity of growth and to showcase my skills. But, it’s conflicting as change is sometimes difficult. I’m just looking back over the years and man I had some great times. I’m going to continue to have great times, continue to blog, continue to make memories, but the nostalgia is overloading looking back on things.

Rutgers

Yo they won!! And of course Maryland fires their coach ahaha cause Rutgers is always the punching bag and if you lose to Rutgers you must blow it up.

I greatly respect college version Chip Kelly and I’m excited to see his innovative offense. Let’s see if Rutgers and the boys can keep this momentum going, they’ve played solid since week 3 and beyond. Saturday is my son’s baptism, I’ll pull up Peacock on the phone at the reception. Truly don’t have much to say on a breakdown because the baptism and the new job. CHOP!

Texas Tech -11.5 at Cincinnati

Texas Tech is ROLLING dominating their last three games by an average of 28.33 points. Cincinnati just gave up 45 to West Virginia and 34 to Arizona. Style points might matter in the Big 12 with BYU Utah and Houston all in the top15 with Texas Tech. Will Hammond’s stat line isn’t eye opening but he’s only thrown 1 int in Big 12 play.

Texas -3.5 vs Ole Miss

Texas off of 2 narrow loses I’m backing them in a buy low spot. Like this is it for Arch – coach flirting a benching, his reputation is kinda on the line with the media keying in on him. Trinidad Chambliss and Ole Miss are DAWGS but I’m going to trust Texas can pull this one out.

Saturday October 24 8pm
UTSA -2.5 at Tulane

UTSA will be favored from here on out until the American Championship game if they win out. Every game is a playoff game for them, win out and they can be the 12 seed in the Playoffs. Owen McCown is a 5th year Senior and I think he can handle the pressure. Take care of business.

Sunday October 25 1pm
Colts +6.5 at Vikings

The 5-0 Vikings are coming off a bye which is nice, but like who are they? You can only play your schedule but they just beat the Bucs, Dolphins, and Saints. Now they got the Colts who just fired their GM! The Vikings will blitz the mess out of Daniel Jones, but Jon Taylor will keep the defense honest. I look for Steichen to keep Flores relatively on his toes.
