Michigan -24.5 vs Michigan State – Shout out Rutgers, but boy is Michigan State baddd. It is a transition year, and I plan on fading Michigan State for the first half of the season before the market adjusts. Michigan looked good last week. Their new quarterback is a 6foot5 giant who is a beast of a runner. He was their leading rusher with only eight attempts so their backs are surely fresh! They should be able to score at will against their in-state rivals. Michigan is one to run up the score too. What better way to win recruits when you dominate the team in your state! Harbough is on the hot seat, and will ride Milton to a hot start. State just has no juice, and it might get ugly for them.
Michigan 41 Michigan State 13

Vanderbilt Ole Miss Under 64 – Vanderbilt is averaging 9 points a game. Ole Miss wants to play a track meet, but i cant see Vandy scoring 3 touchdowns. Vandy has had two weeks to prepare for this game, so I’m sure the staff has emphasized the Ole Miss pace. Both these teams lack defense but both of these quarterbacks make plenty of mistakes. Kiffin gets the win, but dont expect fireworks.
Ole Miss 41 Vandy 17

Oklahoma State -3.5 vs Texas – The rumblings on the internet are that Herman is thisssss close to being axed (shout out RapGameSports33). This drama can’t be good for the team, and this happened before maybe their hardest opponent. Oklahoma State is a legit Playoff team, and they survived the games without their starting quarterback Sanders, who came back last week. Chuba Hubbard is starting to heat up, and I think it’s wise to run with the Cowboys. They are a rare Big12 team with defense, and they’ll need it to slow down Ellinger.
Oklahoma State 34 Texas 28

Titans -5.5 at Bengals – I don’t like writing this one because Cinci has been a great cover team, and the line opened at 3.5. But, this is gonna be an awfully windy game in Cinci, with winds 15 mph+ throughout. With Joe Mixon looking like he won’t play, and Titans having King Henry, I think Tennessee rolls through. Burrow is from the area so I’m sure he is used to an Ohio fall, but his offensive line just can’t protect. The Titans defense is nothing to brag about but really hasn’t been that bad against the run if you take out Dalvin Cook’s explosion. With the elements in play, and if the weather people are telling the truth, I expect the Titans to pull through.
Titans 28 Bengals 21

Lions Colts Under 50 – The Lions beat the Falcons last week, but their offense wasn’t in a groove till late. They have the weapons but they don’t seem to have an identity. They haven’t unleashed Swift, Golladay, and Hockenson yet and that might be holding them back. The Colts had a week to prepare for this matchup, and I’m hoping that means they realize Rivers isn’t what he used to be and its time to run the rock 25+ times a game. Free Jonathan Taylor! Look for a new Colts team, a running team with a stout defense.
Colts 20 Lions 17

Seahawks -3 vs Niners – The Niners have started to play good football, but they keep getting more injured. The Seahawks should be 6-0, that was a bad loss they had last week since they were up late and blew it. I said it before, the #1 seed is more valuable than ever because only 1 team gets the bye this season. Last year the Niners beat Seattle week 17 for the bye and went to the Super Bowl. The Seahawks get to somewhat avenge that this week. Jamal Adams status for this week is up in the air and it would really help to have him on Kittle this week. Seattle will score, so their defense really just needs to make only a handful of plays to limit the injured Niners.
Seahawks 30 Niners 25

Thank you,
Goose
